Job Title: Accountant

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Department: Accounts & Finance

• Job Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.
• Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment-related queries.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
• Required Skills:Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Educational Qualification:B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in handling statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
