Job Description

Customer Service Executive

Company: PlatinumOne

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 / month

🎯 Incentives: ₹2,000 performance-based


Key Responsibilities :

  1. Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
  2. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate support
  3. Maintain call records and ensure customer satisfaction


Eligibility :

  1. 12th pass / Graduate
  2. Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  3. Basic computer knowledge
  4. Experienced only can apply


Key Requirements :

  1. Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / tele calling / tele sales (any industry)
  2. Excellent spoken English and Hindi; Versant score 5 or above is mandatory
  3. Strong persuasion and customer engagement skills
  4. Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
  5. Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is a plus.
