Job Description
Job Title: Service Team Lead – Customer Service (B2C)
Location: Thane (Work from Office)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Service Team Lead to manage and drive performance of a B2C Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in team handling, process management, and delivering high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer service executives
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and ensure service quality standards
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolution
- Drive process improvements and customer experience initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in managing a customer service team (B2C)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule:
- 5-day working week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory working days)
Location: Thane (Work from Office)
