Job Description

Maintaining and updating financial records (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)

Assisting in preparing invoices and processing bills

Handling data entry in accounting software (like Tally, Excel, etc.)

Reconciling bank statements and checking for discrepancies

Supporting senior accountants in preparing financial reports

Managing petty cash and expense tracking

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll coordination. 

Assisting with GST, tax, or audit-related documentation (depending on the company) etc.
