Job Description


Job Title: Outbound Executive – CIBIL (MEFP Process)

Location: Ashar IT Park, Thane

Salary: ₹17000 (In-hand) | ₹23,000 CTC

Shift: Day Shift (10 AM – 7 PM) | Sunday Fixed Off

Transport: Pickup & drop from Thane Station

Qualification:

  • Graduate (Freshers/6 months experience)
  • Excellent English communication

Interview: HR | Ops | MCAT | Client

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls for CIBIL services
  • Explain credit score benefits to customers
  • Handle queries and maintain records
