Job Title: Operations Manager (Centre Lead)

Location: Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK)

Reports to: Regional Manager

Job Summary

The Operations Manager (Centre Lead) is responsible for the overall management, operational efficiency, compliance, and service delivery of the Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK). The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, high-quality citizen services, adherence to UIDAI guidelines, and profitability of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

• Oversee the daily functioning of the ASK, ensuring smooth workflow and uninterrupted service delivery.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and courteous service to citizens across all ASK services (enrolment, update, verification, helpdesk support, etc.).
• Monitor centre performance against defined targets and UIDAI service-level expectations.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Operators, Verifiers, Cashiers, IT Support staff, and Helpdesk personnel.
• Ensure staff discipline, punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to operational standards.
• Identify training needs and conduct regular training/coaching for operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and performance ownership.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure strict adherence to UIDAI regulations, data security norms, audit requirements, and internal company policies.
• Maintain accurate operational records and submit periodic MIS and compliance reports to Regional Managers / Head Office.
