Job Description

Responsible for assembling, terminating, testing, and packaging fiber optic cables and components as per specifications. Operates and maintains manufacturing equipment, ensures quality standards through inspection and testing (OTDR, insertion loss), and follows safety and production guidelines. Supports troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement in the production process. Research assistance for developing new fiber optic solutions.
