Job Summary:We are hiring a Collection Executive to manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from customers. The role involves continuous follow-up, reconciliation, and coordination with internal teams to maintain healthy cash flow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments via calls, emails, and visits
• Maintain and track accounts receivable and aging reports
• Ensure timely collection of dues and reduce overdue accounts
• Resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related issues
• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for invoice reconciliation
• Update payment status in ERP/accounting systems
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports
• Monitor high-risk accounts and escalate when required
• Maintain proper documentation of all collection activities

• Knowledge of yarn buyers / B2B collections
