Job Description
Job Title: ERP Executive / IT Support – Spinning Mill
Location: Kallipalayam,Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
Industry: Textile / Spinning
Job Summary:We are seeking a technically skilled ERP Executive with hands-on experience in system maintenance and printer support. The candidate will be responsible for managing ERP operations along with ensuring smooth functioning of computers, networks, and printers across the mill.
- Key Responsibilities:ERP Operations:Handle day-to-day ERP activities related to production, inventory, stores, and accounts
- Ensure accurate data entry and smooth ERP usage across departments
- Generate MIS reports (production, stock, dispatch, efficiency, etc.)
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with vendors if required
- System & IT Support:Maintain desktops, laptops, and basic network infrastructure
- Install and configure operating systems, software, and ERP clients
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Printer & Peripheral Maintenance:Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of printers (laser, barcode, dot matrix)
- Ensure smooth printing operations for production and office needs
- Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs
- General IT Support:Provide on-site technical support to staff
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory
- Ensure data backup and basic security practices
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in ERP handling and IT support
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Tally / textile ERP preferred)
- Hands-on experience in system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience in printer servicing and network basics
- Basic knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi setup and support
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Preferred Skills:Experience in textile/spinning mill environment
- Knowledge of yarn production process
- Basic networking or hardware certification
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):ERP data accuracy and report timeliness
- System uptime and issue resolution speed
- Printer uptime and maintenance efficiency
- User support satisfaction
Salary: Maximum gross up to 35 K PM + Free accommadation + Food
