🚀 WE ARE HIRING – HR & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
📍 Location: Vadodara (Ajwa Road – WINPLEX LED SIGN)
We are looking for an active and smart person who can manage daily operations, workers, and client coordination in our signage business.
🔧 Your Role:
- Handle daily job scheduling
- Coordinate with workers (fabrication + installation)
- Follow up with clients (calls & WhatsApp)
- Track work status (Done / Pending / Issues)
- Assist in hiring & team management
💡 Skills Required:
- Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
- Fast learner & active personality
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to handle pressure & multitasking
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 + Performance Bonus
