We are looking for an HR Executive with a strong focus on HR operations. The role involves managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth workforce management, compliance, and employee coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling operational HR responsibilities efficiently.

Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift coordination

Handle onboarding and exit formalities (documentation, joining formalities, FNF process)

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, labour laws)

Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and deductions

Handle contract labour management and vendor coordination (if applicable)

Prepare HR reports such as attendance, manpower, attrition, and compliance reports

Support in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate follow-ups)

Manage employee queries and grievances

Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and company procedures

Assist in audits and inspections related to HR compliance
