Good communication skills

Source candidates from database, job portals, and references

Call and screen candidates as per job requirements

Maintain candidate data and update records in Excel/CRM

Coordinate interviews and schedule with clients

Regular follow-up with candidates till joining

Handle office administration related to recruitment

Willingness to do field recruitment work

Understanding of candidate screening
