Job Position: Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Customer Service
Reporting To: Outlet Manager
Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for handling walk-in customers, increasing sales, promoting products, and ensuring excellent customer service within the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend walk-in customers professionally.
- Guide customers about products, offers, combos, and promotions.
- Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and repeat business.
- Monitor customer preferences and sales trends.
- Maintain product display and cleanliness around counters.
- Support tasting and sampling activities.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints.
- Maintain customer database and feedback records.
- Coordinate with billing and floor staff for smooth operations.

Qualification & Experience
- HSC / Graduate
