The RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. This role is a blend of core accounting, meticulous inventory management, and client coordination. You will be the backbone of our financial documentation and stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Compliance

• Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally Prime/ERP 9.
• Manage and record all Journal Vouchers, including accruals, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in and oversee the filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate, real-time records of Raw Materials and Finished Goods (Modular Switches & Accessories) using advanced Excel.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure production requirements are met without overstocking.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile differences with system records.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with vendors for raw material invoices and reconciliation.
• Handle professional communication via email and phone.
• Technical Skills & QualificationsSoftware Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Tally and high proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas).
• Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, GST regulations, and Taxation.
• Experience: [Insert Number, e.g., 2–4 years] of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or a related field.
