HR Executive

Recruitment & Staffing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory staff, operators, supervisors, engineers, and office employees.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and local hiring networks.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
• Manage joining formalities and onboarding processes.

Attendance & Payroll Coordination

• Maintain employee attendance, shift records, overtime, and leave management.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts or payroll vendors.
• Verify attendance data and statutory deductions.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Statutory Compliance

• Support compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and labor laws.
• Maintain employee documentation and statutory registers.
• Coordinate with consultants and auditors during inspections.
• Ensure compliance with factory rules and labor regulations.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Address employee concerns and grievance handling.
• Support disciplinary procedures and maintain workplace discipline.
• Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
• Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.

HR Administration

• Maintain HR MIS reports and documentation.
• Draft letters such as appointment letters, warning letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
