Shripal Group is looking for a Junior IT professional with exposure to marketing systems to
support the CTO / IT Head in managing websites, CRM, databases, and digital tools. This
role offers strong learning exposure in Martech, CRM systems, and digital operations within
the real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support maintenance of company and project websites and landing pages
- Assist in CRM lead management, lead assignment, and data updates
- Ensure leads from digital campaigns are correctly captured in CRM
- Maintain and update lead, site visit, booking, and CP databases
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for sales and marketing teams
- Support WhatsApp, email, and SMS marketing tools execution
- Assist in automation workflows under guidance
- Provide basic internal IT support (email, access, cloud drives)
- Coordinate with vendors for hosting and CRM support
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure SOP compliance
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of websites/CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Exposure to CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, etc.)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation
- Graduation in IT / Computer Science / BCA / BSc IT / Engineering preferred
