Job Description: Recruitment Specialist (Telecommunication Infrastructure)

We are looking for a persuasive and driven Tele-Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. Your primary mission is to source, screen, and hire Telephone Tower Technicians (Tower Men) to support our expanding network infrastructure.

This isn't your typical "office" tele-calling role. You will be the first point of contact for the brave individuals who keep our world connected by working at great heights.

• ### Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-Volume Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential candidates through internal databases, job portals, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to verify technical certifications, physical fitness for climbing, and willingness to travel.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of qualified "Tower Men" to meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Coordination: Schedule secondary technical interviews and coordinate with the field operations team for practical assessments.
• Data Accuracy: Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with call notes, candidate status, and contact details.
• ### Required Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical job requirements clearly.
• Persuasion: Strong "sales" DNA—you must be able to sell the benefits of the role to skilled tradespeople.
• Resilience: Ability to handle high call volumes and navigate frequent "no's" to find the right "yes."
• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of telecommunications or construction hiring is a major plus.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; previous experience in recruitment or tele-sales preferred.
