Job Overview

As an Associate Engineer, you will support the design and development of electromechanical systems across the product lifecycle. The role involves working on design tools, performing engineering analysis, and supporting testing, validation, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to delivering efficient and innovative technical solutions.

Position: Associate Engineer

What You Will Do

You will Works on Design and development projects to assist in providing technical solutions, verification, and validation, and evaluating alternatives, including cost and risk, at various stages of the project such as concept, design, fabrication, testing and installation of Electromechanical systems.

You will be involved in full product development life cycle and troubleshooting for field observations.

You will Implement Design concepts using tools like Creo 8.0. and work on PLM/PDM software/package

You will perform detailed Hand calculation, FEA Analysis, support design reviews and presentations.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or related field.

3-4 years of experience in new product development.

Proficiency in Fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering, design concepts, Materials, GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.

Strong understanding and experience in Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Qualifications We Prefer

Master’s in mechanical design with Exposure to Global Customer interactions.

Previous experience working in aerospace or related industries.
