Position: Senior Accounts and Operations Manager (Debt and Inventory Management)

We are seeking an experienced and mature professional to manage debtor accounts and oversee inventory operations using Tally and Excel. This is a critical role aimed at streamlining financial management and enabling better business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Debtors Management:

Track and manage outstanding payments using Tally accounting software.
Send timely payment reminders to customers and maintain follow-up schedules for credit recovery.
Ensure accurate debtor records and aging analysis.


2. Inventory Oversight:

Monitor and analyse LPG cylinder inventory in Tally, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Identify discrepancies and generate accurate inventory reports.


3. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on debtors, inventory status, and overall cash flow.
Use Excel to create dashboards, charts, and financial summaries for the CEO.


4. Collaboration:

Coordinate with the data entry assistant to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Liaise with the CEO to discuss business performance and suggest improvements.


Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and inventory management, preferably in a credit-based business.
Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of basic business operations and financial reporting is a must.
Personality Traits: Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, proactive, and a problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Additional Information:
Growth Opportunity: High performers can be promoted to Business Development Manager within 6-8 months.
Support: A data entry assistant will assist with routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions in Tally or other ERP software.
Prepare and reconcile balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports.

2. Cloud Billing & Cost Management

5. Payroll & HR Coordination
Manage salary processing, deductions, and reimbursements.
Maintain employee records for payroll and TDS.

6. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly financial summaries, profit analysis, and expense reports.
Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in IT or service-based industries.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with Tally  / Zoho Books / .
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
Good understanding of cloud billing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.


Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)

Work Timing: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
