What this job involves

 

Delivery of Client Satisfaction

 

• Ensuring all the KPI’s are met

• Managing the team on daily basis and addressing the issue

• Managing the vendor to run the smooth operation and reporting the issue time to time

• Monitoring the daily operations and reporting

 

Achieving Safety aspects

 

• Ensuring all the safety parameters are monitored and reported

• Ensuring all the operational regulatory parameters are met

• Ensuring all the firms specified operational safety parameters are met

• Ensuring no deviation on firm’s contractual compliance are met, i.e., Trainings, and on boarding process etc.

• Ensuring deviations or non-compliance are reported.
