We are currently seeking a Site Manager / RCM, to join our team, and this position will be directly reporting to Head - Construction

In this role, you will work with the Project and site team ensuring the overall management of all site activities in terms of HSE, quality, cost, and milestones, in compliance with company rules and procedures, project specifications, while maintaining good relationships with client/PMC and local authorities. You will be instrumental in ensuring project completion on time.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Elaborates the construction and sub-contracting strategy on the basis of scope of work, contract obligations, and Company policy and in line with project requirements.
• Participates in construction schedule on the basis of contractual milestones/targets giving input to the Project Group so as to elaborate the Overall project Master Schedule.
• Coordinates the preparation of Overall and Discipline Construction Progress Charts.
• Finalizes the Site Organization in terms of site key personnel, job descriptions and necessary qualifications and ensures coordination of the overall workforce.
• Manage site preparation activities at Headquarters then with the pioneer construction team
• Manage the construction site
• Acts as the TEN representatives for all relationships with local Authorities, Client, Partners, Subcontractors or Vendors linked to site activities.
• Ensures that Quality Management Systems and HSE&S policy is properly implemented and monitored.
• Surveys the situation and trends of site costs he is directly responsible for and decides internal reallocation of budgets (when no impact on overall budget allocations).
• Ensures timely report of any incidents to Project Manager.
• Make the necessary corrections to the construction strategy during execution 
• Directly supervises (operationally): all managers working on the site
• Internally: Home Office Construction Department, Project Director/Project Manager, Cost control Manager. 
• Externally: Client / PMC (Project Management Consultant), Subcontractors, Partners, authorities, banks, insurance companies, vendors.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical or a related field.
• Experience with 20+Years (Bachelors)/25+Years (Diploma) of experience and handling similar role in last 5 years in EPC/EPCM/PMC Projects in Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
