Job Description
- Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting initial HR rounds, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and Directors to understand manpower requirements and fulfill hiring needs across all locations.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, onboarding, attendance coordination, maintaining HR records, and updating employee databases.
- Manage and mentor HR interns by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance throughout their internship.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives, celebrations, and recognition programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of HR-related queries.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS reports, employee records, and other HR documentation with complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate the onboarding and induction process to ensure a seamless joining experience for new employees.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and company procedures across all branches.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives and operational activities.
- Prepare periodic recruitment and HR reports, analyze hiring metrics, and provide updates to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and data integrity in all HR processes.
- Support organizational growth by continuously improving recruitment strategies, HR processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
