Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems, biometric devices, networking equipment, and related security solutions at customer sites. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure CCTV cameras (IP & Analog), NVRs, DVRs, and accessories.
• Perform site surveys and recommend suitable surveillance solutions.
• Install and terminate CAT6 cables, fiber optic cables (basic), conduits, and network racks.
• Configure IP cameras, NVR/DVR, remote viewing, and mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot CCTV, networking, and power-related issues.
• Install and configure biometric attendance and access control systems.
• Install Wi-Fi access points, routers, switches, and basic networking devices.
• Test, commission, and hand over completed projects to customers.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and annual maintenance contract (AMC) visits.
• Maintain service reports, installation reports, and customer sign-offs.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for project execution.
• Ensure all work complies with company quality and safety standards.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of IP & Analog CCTV systems.
• Experience with Hikvision, Dahua, TP-Link VIGI, CP Plus, Honeywell, or similar brands.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Switches, Routers).
• Cable crimping, cable laying, and network testing.
• Knowledge of NVR/DVR configuration and remote access.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to travel across assigned locations.
• QualificationITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certification in CCTV or Networking is an added advantage.
• ExperienceFresher to 3 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Preferred RequirementsValid two-wheeler driving license.
• Willingness to travel across Odisha.
