Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Sales:

• Identify and approach new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and retail sectors.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals with clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with electrical distributors, OEMs, and contractors.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

📣 Marketing:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Promote the company’s brand and product offerings at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor data to support marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with design teams to produce promotional materials and product catalogs.

🤝 Client Support:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality control) to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Maintain strong communication with clients for repeat business and satisfaction.
• Document and track client interactions using CRM tools.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
