Job Description

Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, working drawings, and furniture plans.

Develop 3D models and realistic renderings for client presentations.

Create mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.

Select furniture, lighting, finishes, fabrics, and décor items based on project requirements.

Conduct site visits for measurements and monitor project progress.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project execution teams.

Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.

Ensure designs comply with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, or similar 3D visualization software.

Basic understanding of Photoshop, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

Strong creativity and attention to detail.
