Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan, design, and supervise interior spaces for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with technical knowledge to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe environments that meet client requirements and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand design needs, preferences, and project goals
• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations
• Prepare space planning, color schemes, furniture layouts, and material selections
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using design software
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement activities
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and project compliance
• Select furniture, lighting, fixtures, fabrics, and accessories
• Ensure designs comply with safety standards and building regulations
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong creativity, visualization, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualification:

• Professional certification or licensing in Interior Design
• Experience in residential/commercial/hospitality projects
• Knowledge of sustainable and modern design practices

Working Condition:

• Work may involve office-based design tasks and on-site project supervision
• Flexible hours may be required depending on project deadlines

Salary is mainly based on experience, qualifications, and project scope.
