Quality Control Engineer

e are looking for a Quality Control professional for our plastic pipe manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all finished products meet the required quality standards before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify the quality of plastic pipes during and after production.
• Check product dimensions, including diameter, wall thickness, length, and other specified parameters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct and document quality tests as per company procedures.
• Approve finished goods only after confirming that all quality requirements have been met.
• Coordinate with the production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Release products for dispatch to vendors/customers only after QC approval.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test certificates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Plastic, Polymer, or related engineering field.
• Experience in quality control within plastic pipe manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and thickness gauges.
• Familiarity with quality standards and testing procedures for plastic pipes.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
