ERP Manager – Spinning Mill

Location: Tirupur

Experience: 5–10 Years

Salary: Maximum gross 45 K PM + Food + Accommadation

Job Description: We are hiring an experienced ERP Manager to oversee and manage the ERP system for our spinning mill. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in textile manufacturing processes and be capable of coordinating with all departments to ensure efficient ERP operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the ERP system and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Support production, stores, purchase, sales, finance, HR, and maintenance teams through the ERP platform.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP modules.
• Monitor production, inventory, yarn stock, raw materials, and dispatch transactions.
• Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management.
• Ensure data accuracy, system security, and user access management.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for implementation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Train employees on ERP usage and best practices.
• Improve business processes through ERP automation and optimization.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and support internal audits.
• Eligibility: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of ERP management experience in a spinning mill or textile manufacturing company.
• Experience with textile ERP software or SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
