Recruit, train, and retain skilled staff for factory operations.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation.

4. Quality Assurance

Establish and enforce quality control systems.

Collaborate with design and R&D teams to ensure product specifications are met.

Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.

5. Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry standards.

Implement and monitor workplace safety programs.

Conduct audits and maintain certifications as required.

6. Resource & Financial Management

Manage budgets, production costs, and resource allocation.

Oversee procurement of raw materials and vendor relationships.

Monitor inventory levels and reduce wastage.

7. Process & Technology Improvement

Introduce automation, lean manufacturing, and modern production techniques.

8. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
