Responsibilities: Sales II Customer Acquisition • Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all tagged Distributors and their linked Retailers in his specific assigned Region. • Create program awareness and onboard new retailers as per the guidance of the distributors • Achieve target onboarding, adoption of target, payments, collections for assigned Region and tagged set of distributors. • Handhold retailers in the onboarding journey, KYC completion, Limit Activation, payment of processing fees and Limit usage via tools and training material including videos etc. • Assist in managing monthly/quarterly/annual credit originations, limit activations, limit usage and collections budgets and objectives • Understand and utilize distributor-retailer sales data to identify new sales opportunities and develop sales presentations for tagged distributor • Provide feedback to management from key distributors and retailers • Make regularly scheduled service and collections calls on all retailers within your region through a route beat. • Regular communications of sales calls and results to ASM. • Provide monthly reports and any assigned reports to Area Sales Manager in a timely manner. • Regular contact with distributors and retailers to ensure seamless continuity and expansion of business. • Establish relationships with tagged distributors to seek an intervention for non-payment of dues by retailers • Execute the transaction volume numbers, transaction throughput, timely collections and recovery objectives and any other goals given by ASM. - Specific interaction with marketing, i.e. Sales Support materials, etc. • Identify and track all industry trends. Issues, and risks i.e. – business trends, distributor policy changes, opportunities, segment variations, etc. • Recommend an expedient/appropriate action plan to the Area Sales Manager • Implement all tracking/reporting tools, in conjunction with Business, Risk and Compliance etc.
