Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growth team. If you thrive on autonomy, love meeting new people, and enjoy the "thrill of the hunt," this is the role for you.

As a Field Sales Executive, you won’t be chained to a desk. You’ll be the face of our company on the ground, building relationships and driving revenue through face-to-face interactions.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct persuasive on-site presentations and demos tailored to the client’s specific needs.

Sales Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and negotiation to closing the deal and post-sale follow-up.

Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on the local market, reporting on competitor activity and emerging trends to the sales manager.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer feedback in the system.

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and "people skills." You should be able to build rapport with anyone, anywhere.

Self-Starter: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage your own daily schedule effectively.

Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
