Responsibilities of Shift Manager 1. Leads Team Members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager including supervising and training employees, opening and closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports. 2. Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks. 3. May assist Restaurant Manager in day to day operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, and team development. 4. Ensures that the Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are followed. 5. Completes all other duties as assigned. 6. Responsible for delivering quality food to customers. 7. Looked after the store maintenance and cleanliness and implemented high safety standards. 8. Strictly followed store policies and implemented them. 9. Experience in handling all store related day to day activities 10. Knowledge of store maintenance and operations 11. Assessing the customer feedback & evaluating areas of improvements
