 Location: Kota Rajasthan

 Experience: 0–2 years

Salary: 12000-18000

 Job Description:

 Telecallers will work on projects like Tide, contacting potential customers to promote financial solutions, assist with onboarding, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers across India for Tide and other projects.

 • Product Explanation: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of business accounts, payment solutions, and related services.

 • Customer Engagement: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and facilitate onboarding.

• Follow-ups: Maintain communication to ensure client satisfaction.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly conversion goals.

 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 • Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi; regional languages advantageous.

 • Experience: Telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.

• Interpersonal Skills: Customer-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills

2. Team Leader Location:

 Kota Rajasthan Experience: 0–2 years Salary: 12000-18000 Job Description:

 Team Leaders will oversee and coordinate operations for projects like Tide, Vahan ensuring their team meets performance goals while delivering exceptional service.

 Key Responsibilities:

 • Leadership: Supervise telecallers and data entry operators.

• Goal Setting: Set targets for the team and ensure they are met.

 • Training & Coaching: Guide team members to enhance skills and performance.

 • Monitoring: Track and report team performance to management.

• Problem Solving: Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with management and other departments for smooth project execution.

 Requirements:

 • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

 • Experience: Proven leadership experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.

 • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and motivational skills.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

3. Data Entry Operator

 Location: Kota Rajasthan

 Experience: 0–2 years

Salary: 12000-18000 Job Description:

 Data Entry Operators will ensure accurate and efficient data management for various projects, including Tide, Vahan,BLINKIT ,SHADOFAX,ZEPTO,BHARATPE,PAYTM,HDFC ,YES BANK,SBI,AU,SWIGGY

 Key Responsibilities:

 • Data Entry: Input and update customer and operational information in company databases.

 • Verification: Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies.

• Reporting: Generate reports and assist teams with required data.

 • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Coordination: Support telecalling and team leader operations with accurate data.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; data entry certification is a plus.

 • Skills: Proficient typing speed and attention to detail.

 • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Experience: Prior experience in data entry is preferred.
