Job Description – Customer Support-CRS Team Leader
Department: Customer Support
Reporting To: Senior Management
Location: Gujarat Travels – Head Office (Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad)
Responsibilities:
- Have a good understanding of call centre technology to be able to identify and fix technical issues.
- Assist and support the centre staff to provide the best customer service.
- Discuss targets with the call centre manager and relay those to the team.
- As a team leader, you must ensure all team members adhere to the working protocols.
- Typically, that can be done with call monitoring and addressing performance issues, if there are any.
