E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
• Handle product listings, updates, and catalog management.
• Monitor orders, inventory, and platform performance.
• Communicate with platform support teams through email and other communication channels.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to orders or products.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
• Maintain records and prepare basic reports related to marketplace activities.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage emails and professional communication.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email handling, etc.).
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
