As an HR Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process from understanding job requirements to selecting the right candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and create simple, effective job postings.
• Search and connect with candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and conduct basic interviews to check candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Stay in touch with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain proper records and update recruitment trackers.
• Work to achieve monthly hiring targets within timelines.

Who Can Apply?

• Graduates/Postgraduates in any discipline (HR specialization is a plus but not mandatory).
