Job Title: Valve Application Engineer
Job Summary:
A Valve Application Engineer combines strong technical expertise with customer support to ensure that valves meet specific application requirements. The role involves close coordination with customers and internal teams to deliver accurate and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Valve Selection: Recommend suitable valves based on application requirements, operating conditions, and industry standards.
- Technical Support: Provide in-depth product knowledge, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver optimal solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their technical needs, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Product Training: Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on valve applications, installation, and best practices.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of various valve types, applications, and relevant industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
