Job Description

Name of the organization – Getfive Advisors Pvt Ltd.

Getfive is a SEBI-registered Merchant

Banking firm having offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The firm specializes in

IPOs and pre-IPO private equity fund-raising. Along with the Merchant banking

arm, the firm also manages an AIF focused on late-stage companies.

Present Role – Admin Executive

Reporting to: Admin/HR Manager

 

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to handle ticket booking and general office administration. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a service-oriented mindset to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Handle reception activities including visitor management and front desk coordination.

·      Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the office premises including furniture, and general infrastructure.

·      Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the office.

·      Liaise with vendors and service providers for repair, maintenance, and facility-related services.

·      Address and resolve employee concerns related to cleanliness, electrical appliances, and workspace facilities.

·      Coordinate and manage office meetings, official functions, and ensure discipline and order within the workplace.

·      Maintain and monitor office stationery stock, ensuring timely procurement and availability.

·      Maintain records of administrative expenses and basic documentation related to office management. 


Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration / ticketing / office coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
