Associate Manager- TPDD
Key responsibilities include:
- Carry out defined TPDD processes in timelines,
- Initial Due Diligence: Review potential business partners for compliance with company standards
- Documentation and Analysis: Collect and analyze documents for verification
- Risk Assessment: Research individuals and entities for potential risks
- Maintain TPDD Reports : Keep accurate due diligence records
- Governance of TPDD process: Ensure TPDD process is followed as per policy and periodically publish report on any exceptions
- Ethical Practices: Ensure adherence to group policy and compliance with group guidelines regarding
- conflict of interest and any unethical business practices issued from time to time
- Risk Management: Implement strategies to mitigate TPDD related risks
- Continuous improvement in SOPs and systems to make processes effective
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
- Data analysis
- Harmonize TPDD standards and policies for day-to-day operation, acquisitions and mergers
- Manage changes and adopt new technologies
- Continuous improvement
KEY DIMENSIONS: (This section lists the factual, quantitative and financial information particularly relevant to the role which helps to reflect the scale and scope of the role).
- To manage smooth workflow and operations related to TPDD activities
- Prepare comprehensive Quick Reference Guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for TPDD operations.
- Able to understand TPDD reports and associated risks.
- Maintain consistent engagement with stakeholders to address and resolve TPDD-related concerns.
- Design and implement dashboards to facilitate automated monitoring of compliance metrics and operational controls.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate/Graduate Engineer with Data Governance acumen
Experience:
- 9–15 years’ experience in data governance and maintenance
- Solid understanding of TPDD processes
- Skilled in handling internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in preventive and predictive TPDD
- Prior experience managing cross-functional teams for group data governance and control
Knack for governance , systems, processes and digital adoptions
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- SAP
- Excellent MS Excel and MS Access skills
