Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Performance Marketer who can manage and optimise digital campaigns to drive measurable results. If you understand data, love experimenting, and can scale performance efficiently, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads

* Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPM, conversions) and make data-driven improvements

* Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages

* Perform audience research and competitor analysis

* Collaborate with the creative team for ad assets and communication

* Track and analyse results using GA4, Ads Manager, and other analytics tools

* Prepare reports, insights, and strategic recommendations

* Execute lead generation and sales-focused campaigns

Requirements

* 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads & pixel tracking

* Understanding of Google Merchant Center, GA4, Tag Manager & search console.

* Ability to analyse data and take actionable decisions

* Must be available for work from the office - Ahmedabad

* Basic landing page optimisation knowledge

* Experience with e-commerce or service-based campaigns

* Creative thinking and problem solving skills
