COTFIT Mattress Brand seeks a skilled E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels and drive growth in the competitive Indian retail market. This role focuses on optimizing digital platforms like our website, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces to boost mattress product visibility and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate stock for items like mattresses and accessories.
- Analyse sales data, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to increase conversions and meet revenue targets.
- Handle customer queries, order fulfilment, returns, and post-sale support via WhatsApp, email, and platform chats to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, SEO optimization, and content updates tailored to Ahmedabad and pan-India audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of e-commerce experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods like furniture/mattresses.
· Proficiency in Shopify Admin, apps for SEO/analytics, and basic Liquid coding for site enhancements.
- Familiarity for integrating Shopify with payment gateways, logistics & marketing tools like Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub), Excel for reporting, and tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati a plus), with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends, inventory tools, and B2B supplier coordination for smooth operations.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, aligning with COTFIT's brand-building goals.
