Job Title: XFE Broadband; Business – DTC

Reporting to – TM Broadband/Catchment Store Manager

Purpose of the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work in the areas of Filed Sales Executive. The role exists:

·      To create excellence in every customer interaction be it through Online lead or Cold calling & onboard them in Airtel”.

·      Onboard Customer with simple and transparent digital experiences leading to warm & personalized outcomes.

·      Deliver First time right experience to the customer

Deliverables (key responsibilities)

Customer Service

  • Responsible for fulfilling customer appointments, recommending best products and services based on their deep understanding of customer needs and delivering them at their doorstep
  • Ensure hassle-free, quick and smooth acquisition journey to delight our customers

Generate Sales leads 

·      Responsible for generating sales through cold calling for various Airtel broadband Plans, products including Mobility, Broadband and Airtel Black for new & existing Airtel customers.

·      Create customer prospect funnel by doing activity defined geography/RWA by using the Digital Planner tool

·      Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to all the defined processes


·      Ensure compliance with policies and procedures & expected code of conduct

Skills Required

-         Enthusiastic, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding experience to the customers

-         Should be able to fulfill leads assigned and generate leads at the same time

-         Should be comfortable in field work and doing cold calling in RWA, Commercial complexes and doing road show activities

-         Ability to connect with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions by upselling and cross selling

-         Must be digital savvy, comfortable in handling customer journey on digital platforms

Educational Level:

XII pass

Graduate (Preferred)

Work Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of Door to Door sales experience and filed sales exposure (relevant experience is added advantage)

** Candidates having experience in Telecom sales will get preference **
