Job Description
कार्यक्षेत्र (Location): कालूपुर मार्केट (Kalupur Area), अहमदाबाद
पद (Role): फील्ड सेल्स और बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट
मुख्य उद्देश्य:Mapbazzar.com के लिए नए थोक विक्रेताओं (Wholesalers) और निर्माताओं (Manufacturers) को जोड़ना और उन्हें हमारे डिजिटल बिजनेस समाधानों (AI Cataloguing और Website Packages) के बारे में जानकारी देकर बिक्री बढ़ाना।
- प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियां (Job Responsibilitiesमार्केट विजिट: कालूपुर थोक बाजार (Wholesale Market) के क्षेत्र में निर्माताओं और थोक विक्रेताओं से व्यक्तिगत रूप से मिलना।
- डेमो देना (Product Demo): संभावित ग्राहकों को हमारी 'AI कैटलॉगिंग ऐप' (AI Cataloguing App) और उनकी 'खुद की मोबाइल ऐप' के फीचर्स का लाइव डेमो देना।
- वेबसाइट बिक्री: व्यापारियों को अपनी वेबसाइट होने के फायदे समझाना और हमारे वेबसाइट पैकेजों को बेचना।
- नेटवर्किंग: थोक विक्रेताओं के साथ मजबूत संबंध बनाना और उन्हें Mapbazzar के प्लेटफॉर्म पर रजिस्टर करवाना।
- टारगेट अचीवमेंट: कंपनी द्वारा दिए गए मासिक बिक्री लक्ष्यों (Monthly Sales Targets) को पूरा करना।
- रिपोर्टिंग: दैनिक आधार पर की गई मुलाकातों और हुई सेल्स की रिपोर्ट टीम लीडर को देना।
- आवश्यक योग्यता (Candidate Profile):अनुभव: फील्ड सेल्स या डायरेक्ट मार्केटिंग में कम से कम 1-2 साल का अनुभव (अनुभवी उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता)।
- शिक्षा: न्यूनतम 12वीं पास या स्नातक (Graduate)।
- कौशल: बातचीत करने में माहिर (Excellent Communication Skills) और ग्राहकों को समझाने की कला।
- भाषा: हिंदी और गुजराती भाषा का अच्छा ज्ञान।
- तकनीकी समझ: स्मार्टफोन और ऐप्स चलाने की अच्छी जानकारी (ताकि आप डेमो दे सकें)।
- वाहन: आपके पास खुद का टू-व्हीलर और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना अनिवार्य है।
