Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Field Visits & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and approach new Bulk customers
  • Meet chefs, kitchen managers, and customers of different categories
  • Product Presentation & Sampling
  • Pitch our products
  • Distribute samples where required
  • Explain product usage and benefits


Order Generation

  • Take orders from new and existing clients
  • Focus on repeat business
  • Promote combo deals and bulk packs


Relationship Management


  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Handle basic queries and feedback
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Reporting

  • Maintain daily visit report (DVR)
  • Track:
  • New clients
  • Orders
  • Follow-ups

Payment

  • Follow-upCoordinate for payment collection
  • Ensure clients follow agreed credit terms
