Job Timing:
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
- Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Handle employee relations and HR operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance
- Implement HR policies and ensure smooth office discipline
- Handle employee grievances and performance tracking
- Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Ability to handle team and work independently
