Job Title: Import/Export Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Import/Export Manager to oversee and manage international trade operations. The role involves handling documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with vendors, logistics partners, and customs authorities.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end import and export operations
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies
  • Prepare and review shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.)
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics providers
  • Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery
  • Handle duty structures, tariffs, and cost optimization
  • Maintain records of transactions and documentation
  • Resolve issues related to shipments, delays, or compliance
