Lead - Technical Support, Civil

Responsibilities

• Planning various jobs of Civil to support electrical and structures like cable laying, substation creating, foundation, crane installation, furnace structure, office building etc.
• Coordinate various activities with various teams to execute civil system on time
• Assign & control execution jobs to execution engineers to complete the given task on defined timelines
• Monitor and review progress status on civil execution jobs, strictly adhere to safety and quality as per owner manual.
• Provide solutions, technical inputs & support execution team for the problem they are facing on site.
• Ensure all precast structures are available on time and with required quality.
• Completion of civil structures/building & hand over to relevant team for further execution.
• Identify competent vendors for civil execution jobs
• Compare technical specifications provided by vendor for various material in consultation with contracts & purchase department.
• Visit vendor site / location for quality check of materials ordered.

Certify contracts bills for the jobs assigned, Submit to contracts / cost control department for further process.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

 Essential: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experiences:

 Minimum experience: 12-16 years experience in execution of various civil jobs in large scale of industrial projects .

Hands-on experience of handling at least two similar project of same kind as Lead Engineer.

Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and conducting negotiations with large-scale. high-value vendors.
