Job Summary:

We are Manufacturer & Exporter of Asphalt & Concrete Equipment. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our team at GEPL, a leader in road plant manufacturing and construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing road plant equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to innovative solutions for road construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Create detailed designs and engineering drawings for road plant equipment, including batch plants, crushers, and other construction machinery.

Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and construction, to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Prototyping and Testing: Oversee the development of prototypes and conduct tests to validate design specifications and performance.

Innovation: Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation, incorporating new technologies and materials into design processes.

Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in design engineering, preferably within the construction equipment manufacturing industry.

Software Knowledge: Must have experience in CAD software (AutoCAD /SolidWorks (Sheet Metal)

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design work.
