Job Description
We are hiring a Real Estate Executive to handle land records, revenue documentation, and property-related work. The role is primarily office-based with occasional field visits.
Responsibilities:
- Download and manage land records (7/12, 8-A, etc.)
- Handle revenue and property-related documentation
- Work on Excel for maintaining records and data
- Assist in property verification and due diligence
- Coordinate survey reports and land-related work
- Visit sites and government offices when required
Requirements:
- Knowledge of land records and revenue work
- Ability to download and understand Saat Bar (7/12)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read and type in Gujarati
- Willingness to do field work when required
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply)
Location: Ahmedabad
