Relationship Manager-CORPORATE BANKING-Sales

As a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking-Sales, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing relationships with corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and building long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients, conducting thorough research and analysis.
  • Develop and present tailored financial solutions and products to meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, offering proactive advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the bank.
  • Represent the bank professionally at industry events and client meetings.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking or a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and trade finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a passion for sales and client success.
